Child safety standards
Last updated: September 13, 2026
SinalFlag’s public standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), for the Play Store and for people who use the app.
URL for this page (use in Play Console): https://www.sinalflag.com/seguranca-infantil
1. Commitment
SinalFlag does not tolerate child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any attempt to use the service to harm minors.
These standards apply to the app, the site, and any content sent to our API or the specialist chat. The current version is always the one published at www.sinalflag.com/seguranca-infantil.
2. Who the app is for
SinalFlag is a private snapshot of relationship health between adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not ask for or encourage children’s data.
If we identify a minor’s account, we delete the account and associated content, except what the law requires us to keep for a short period (for example, a deletion or report record).
3. What is prohibited
- creating, storing, sending, or requesting child sexual abuse material;
- describing, soliciting, or facilitating sexual exploitation of minors;
- using chat, the journal, or situation analysis to approach or groom minors;
- bypassing the age limit or helping someone else do so.
4. How the product works
SinalFlag is not a social network or a dating app. There is no public feed, people search, or publishing to strangers. Content stays in the account of the person who wrote it.
The team does not read journal or chat content in day-to-day support. We may access what is necessary when there is a child-safety report or a legal obligation.
5. How to report
There is not yet an in-app report button. The official channel is the email suporte@sinalflag.com, with the subject Child safety (or Segurança infantil).
Include what you can, without resending abuse images:
- email of the account involved, if you know it;
- approximate date and what happened;
- whether the person at risk is under 18.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the police or your country’s emergency service first. In Brazil, Disque 100 receives reports of violations of children’s and adolescents’ rights (Brazil-specific). For emergencies in Brazil, call 190. For violence against women in Brazil: Ligue 180 (women’s helpline; Brazil-specific).
6. How we handle reports
When a report reaches this channel:
- we log and review it with priority;
- we preserve what is needed for the investigation, within the law;
- we delete prohibited content and close involved accounts;
- we do not return that material to the reporter.
7. Authorities
If we become aware of child sexual abuse material or conduct, we cooperate with competent authorities and forward the report when the law or store policy requires it. Contact point for this topic: suporte@sinalflag.com.
8. Changes
If these standards change in a material way, we update the date at the top of this page. The URL stays the same.
