“Arrived late” is a fact. “Doesn’t care about me” is already a story. Both can coexist, but mixing them in the same sentence often turns a misunderstanding into an accusation.
A simple practice: write what happened in one line, without adjectives. On the line below, write what that meant to you. In the app, the journal and the specialist exist for exactly that: organizing the feeling before placing it in the other person’s lap.
When the conversation starts from the fact, there is room for the other to respond. When it starts from interpretation, the other person can only defend. Relationships that work do not avoid conflict; they avoid confusing evidence with conclusion.
From reading to practice.
Reading helps you understand. The app helps you look at your relationship for real, privately, with context and without rushed labels.
